3 Day Cleanse Diet

Do you want to drop off some pounds and cleanse your whole body? Here is the surprising three-day plan to get you active and cleansed. Cleansing helps reset your body with food consumption of healthy and non-reactive foods only. Cleansing helps in slowing down the procedure of digestion and listening to your body. This diet consists of roughly 1800 calories per day. The most important thing during the cleansing process is to drink sufficient amount of water approximately equal to half you weight in ounces.

3 Day Cleanse

DAY ONE

For Breakfast
1 cup flax granola or oatmeal porridge
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup milk

For Lunch
Carrot ginger soup
Steamed broccoli drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil
Mixed greens salad with chopped pear and pumpkin seeds

For Snack
1 apple

For Dinner
Kale, carrots, onion, zucchini, shiitakes and broccoli filled in a sauce made on onion garlic and cinnamon
Grated carrot and beet salad with pumpkin seeds

DAY TWO

For Breakfast
Same as Day 1

For Lunch
Carrot-ginger soup with chia seeds
Steamed broccoli drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil
Mixed greens salad with 1/2 apple and 1/4 avocado

For Snack
1 pear and 8 almonds

For Dinner
1 cup brown rice with pumpkin seeds
Rest is same as Day 1

DAY THREE

For Breakfast
Same as Day 1

For Lunch
Cream of broccoli soup (see recipe) with chia seeds
Mixed greens salad with 1/4 avocado, grated carrots and pumpkin seeds

For Snack
15 almonds

For Dinner
3 oz. baked chicken with Italian herbs and orange zest
Mixed greens
Oven-roasted zucchini, broccoli, carrots, onions, garlic and Italian herb blend, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with orange zest
